The Heath Check has determined that the application's web.config can not be found.
A number of ENPS applications are hosted via Windows Internet Information Services (IIS) and require a web.config file that contains all the appropriate configurations for the respective applications. Without this configuration file, the application cannot function properly. Errors or loss of functionality may indicate a wider issue when the application was installed, possible disk corruption or permissions.
If there is a Buddy Server, a copy of the file could be copied to the server where it is missing.
The file will be located in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\<application name>\web.config
