HealthCheck Assistance
The Health Check has detected one or more expected configurations for Playbook version 9.3.3.3053 or newer are not in place.
This check is only done on the Central Server as it is a global configuration check.
For Playbook to allow enhanced functionality, there are a number of configurations required.
A further check is made to ensure that the correct version of WalkMe is configured for the particular deployment. WalkMe is the built-in digital training solution.
Log into the Central Server and open System Maintenance
Navigate to the Global Configuration Options table
Check the following keys and there values:
Smtp
SMTPFromEmail
PlaybookHelpUrl
Navigate to the System Fields and search for "PreventArchiveOrPurge"
Highlight the "PreventArchiveOrPurge" key and select "Override"
Navigate to the custom field and search for "PreventArchiveOrPurge"
Scroll to the right until the column "Storyboard Property" is found, deselect this property.
