HealthCheck Assistance
The Health Check has detected a mismatch between the root login page and the configured AuthApp URL in G_CONFIG.
For customers using Single Sign-on (SSO), the application login page needs to match that configured within the SSO vendor's configuration. With load balancers there is a default redirect page located at the root of the servers web site folder. This redirect URL needs to be the same as that configured in the Global Configurations Options | AuthAppUrl configuration.
Navigate to c:\inetpub\wwwroot and open index.html in Notepad
Confirm the address shown is correct. The address is listed twice within the file. As example, the address will be similar to: https://customer.fdqn/applaybook. If the connection is not correct, ensure that the entry for customer and for FQDN are correct.
Once you have corrected the Primary Server, confirm the same configuration file on the Buddy Server.
Next, open System Maintenance, navigate to Global Configuration Options and look for the key AuthAppUrl
Ensure that the URL prefix entered as a value, matches that obtained from the index.html file. Using the above example it would look like https://customer.fdqn/PlatformAuth

There is no threshold configured, but this relies on a root index.html redirect page existing in the root of each server.
