The Health Check has reported that there is a misconfiguration of the buddy server address.
When attempting to conduct a low level ICMP (ping) check, the Health Check found that there was no entry in the TCP/IP column for the buddy server in the servers (G_SERVERS) table.
On the central server, open System Maintenance.
Navigate to the servers table
For the server where the issue is being reported, add the correct entry to the TCP/IP column. This can be in the form of the remote systems TCP/IPv4 address or the fully qualified domain name.
The fully qualified domain name (FQDN) requires full DNS infrastructure services be functioning. On older versions of ENPS this column does not allow for a long name so if the FQDN is preferred, the G_SERVERS table can be carefully edited in Notepad on the Central Server or the TCP/IPv4 address simply used. Before editing the G_SERVERS table, be sure to back up the existing file. The table is tab delimited so be careful not to delete any tabs from the file.
