The Health Check has reported that a single or number of MOS devices Average Response Times have breached the set thresholds.
If a MOS device has a response time that is above a warning threshold and that is breached more that the allowed number of times, a warning notification is sent if enabled. Likewise, there is a critical threshold, however on this breach a notification is sent immediately.
Further to this, a historic average is calculated and should the current average be higher that the historic, a warning notification is sent.
To resolve this may require some investigation as it may be a number of issues.
It is recommended to check the network, firewalls between devices, resources being utitilised (for esample memory, disk space etc).
There are thresholds set within \hc\hc-static_config.ps1. With the default being:
[int]$global:HC_MOS_Response_Rate_Records_Monitor_Windows
= 3 # Number increases above average before warning sent [int]$global:HC_MOS_Response_Rate_Records_to_Compare
= 50 # Number of records to check for checking MOS device response times [int]$global:HC_MOS_Response_Rate_Records_Percentage_Allowance
= 10 # Percentage allowance for average response times [int]$global:HC_MOS_Response_Rate_Records_ms_Warning
= 750 # Allowance for average response times if over threshold [int]$global:HC_MOS_Response_Rate_Records_ms_Critical
= 1000 # Allowance for average response times if over threshold
