The Health Check has determined that one or more of the cores services for full functionlity is not in running or is malfunctioning.
For ENPS to function correctly, a number of services and required to be running and fully operational. If they are not running there could be a direct impact on the system and its integrity.
The Health Check reports which service is not in the correct state.
As these are core services, look first in the Windows Event Viewer looking for entries that are listed for the mentioned service. The likely cause will be shown within the message section of the entry. If you are not clear on the meaning of the message, contact the AP ENPS Helpdesk.
If the service is stopped, try to restart it by attempting the following:
Open Computer Management and navigate to Services.
Find the service listed above, select Start from the submenu in the top left corner of the onscreen display.
The alternative, is to run the following command:
net start <service name>
