The Health Check has found an issue when trying to access the virtual folders configured within IIS.
A number of ENPS applications are hosted via Windows Internet Information Services (IIS) off the root folder, in what are called Virtual Folders. These are effectively sub-sites off the default site with some being web services and others being end user applications.
The health check monitors these to ensure they are operating and accessible so there is no impact on client functionality.
When the initial installation of ENPS, or any of the suite, was performed, the platform installer should have created the correct virtual folders.
If these have been manipulated manually in any way, consider uninstalling the particular application and re-installing it to reset to the correct default.
