The Health Check has detected that the status of an application pool is not running.
As the ENPS suite has a number of applications hosted within Internet Information Services (IIS), it is recommended that each of these applications use an independent application pool. This is to ensure that the applications function within their own resource pool.
However, if the application pool is in a state that impacts the functionality of an associated application, it is imperative that this state is known so that the issue can be resolved.
Open Computer Manager and navigate to Services and Applications | Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
Expand the server entry in the mid-pane and select Application Pools
Check the "Status" column for the reported application pool, if it is "stopped", highlight the applicable pool and from the right side pane, select "start" from the Application Pool Tasks options.
Ensure that the status changes to "Started".
If the status does not change, check the Event Viewer for further information that may highlight the cause of the problem.
No thresholds set for this monitoring.
