The Health Check has determined that there is more than one active session.
When a user logs into the Windows Server desktop, an active session is created. As ENPS runs as an application, it then starts in that session. However, should a different user log in, another session will be created and a second instance of the ENPS applications could launch which may cause transactional and resource issues.
To see current sessions on a server, run the following from a command line:
qwinsta
The output will be similar to:
SESSIONNAME USERNAME ID STATE TYPE DEVICE
services 0 Disc
rdp-tcp#8 Administrator 1 Active
>rdp-tcp#6 ENPSAdmin 2 Active
console 3 Conn
rdp-tcp 65536 Listen
To "kill" the session that is not wanted, in the example above it would be session ID 2 if the "administrator" session was the one needed, then run the following from a command line:
rwinsta [sessionID]
Alternately, the server may be restarted at a convenient time to clear all logged in sessions.
No thresholds set for this monitoring.
